Shipping policy

Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

GERMANY:
For orders under €65, shipping is a flat rate of €6.90.
For orders of €65 and above, shipping within Germany is free.


Deliveries to foreign countries:

AUSTRIA:
For orders under €100, shipping is a flat rate of €16.90.
For orders of €100 and above, shipping is free.

SWITZERLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN & UNITED KINGDOM:

For orders under €120, shipping is a flat rate of €19.90.
For orders of €120 and above, shipping is free.

For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom, customs duties, import VAT and any handling fees charged by the carrier apply in addition. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient on delivery.

Delivery area
We ship exclusively to addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom. Customers in other EU countries are welcome to order using a delivery address in one of these countries.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 12 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
