WHAT FORMAT IS THE WRAPS
The double-sided wrapping paper from My Pretty Circus is delivered as a sheet and is exactly 67x48cm in size. This corresponds roughly to the usual sheet format of 50x70cm. It is easy to fold and process and is suitable for wrapping small to medium-sized gifts or for your next creative project. In our case, the slightly "crooked" size is due to the fact that we can print two wrapping papers on one sheet of paper at the same time during the production process, thus reducing the amount of waste and therefore the amount of trimming.
HOW IS THE GIFT PAPER DELIVERED?
The double-sided printed wrapping paper from My Pretty Circus is sent as a loosely rolled sheet in a package.
HOW IS THE GIFT PAPER PRODUCED?
To print our colorful wrapping paper, we work with a local printing company that has been awarded the Blue Angel environmental label. The double-sided wrapping paper from "My Pretty Circus" is printed in a climate-neutral way on 100% recycled paper that is certified with the Blue Angel environmental label, the EU Ecolabel and FSC. The wrapping paper from My Pretty Circus is printed with mineral oil-free inks made from easily biodegradable vegetable oils.
IS THE GIFT PAPER ALSO AVAILABLE ON A ROLL?
Our wrapping paper is currently only available in the sheet format described above. We do not currently offer so-called counter rolls for packaging in retail stores.
SUSTAINABILITY
DO YOU USE RECYCLED PAPER?
YES! We try to produce our products as sustainably as possible. That's why our wrapping paper, cards, notebooks and gift tags are printed in a climate-neutral manner in Germany on 100% recycled paper that is certified with the Blue Angel, the EU Ecolabel and FSC. Mineral oil-free inks made from easily biodegradable vegetable oils are used for printing.
LESS PLASTIC?
Sometimes less is more... Especially when it comes to packaging. That's why we're trying to reduce the use of unnecessary packaging, and plastic in particular, little by little. My Pretty Circus has been doing away with outer packaging for most of its products for some time now. We're also constantly looking for solutions for retail customers so that we can offer our products without plastic packaging wherever possible.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PACKAGING?
We recycle shipping packaging wherever possible to avoid waste. That's why our delivery is often sent in a second-hand package. If we do use a new box, it is made of sturdy recycled material. Our packing tape is made of paper and an adhesive made of natural rubber. This means that the packing tape and box no longer need to be separated for disposal. We mostly use environmentally friendly kraft paper for the filling material. However, we also try to pack as space-efficiently as possible so as not to send unnecessary air.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We usually send our packages in a climate-friendly manner with DHL GoGreen.
FUN FACT
Since May 2022 we have been transporting our packages to the post office by cargo bike!
